Exuvia Catering was founded by Elisabetta Stampeggi and Rosario Sturiale, whose partnership began in Italian hospitality and now underpins a Tuscan catering company working across the country.

The name comes from the idea of transformation without losing identity, which is a fair description of the approach: refined Italian cooking, attentive service and meticulous planning, all shaped to the particular celebration. They think in terms of the whole guest experience, from the flow of the day down to the smallest details, and the range runs from full wedding catering through to pizza trucks, mozzarella bars, gelato carts and espresso stands.
