Paracelso is a mixology and mobile bar project based in Florence, working at weddings across Italy.

At the centre of it is a beautifully restored 1967 Citroën 2CV Furgonette, converted into a mobile bar that sits comfortably inside an exclusive venue rather than looking like a novelty parked in one. Alongside it they build bespoke bar stations with custom counters. The approach is sartorial: signature cocktails developed for each couple, high-quality ingredients, and stations designed around the rhythm of the particular event. Ginevra and the team are discreet but distinctive.
